This is not business as usual, and as such, while it is often asked required, you'll genuinely need to be innovative and adept at creating and developing a market.
While experience leading and working with distributed teams would be useful it’s not a prerequisite and as our client has stated: "everyone has to start somewhere".
Pre and Post COVID-19 my client has a physical presence in London and while the Head of Growth Marketing could be based anywhere in Europe, London is the preferable location.
The package is six figures with stock and a significant yearly bonus so the right head of growth will be well compensated.
