Zeelee, as a division of Consortia Group has dedicated compliance teams that work with our freelancers across Europe. Having worked with the public sector which saw IR35 changes come in back in 2018 all of our brands, clients and freelancers were well equipped when IR35 reform was meant to come in for the private sector in 2020. The pandemic pushed things back but now 3 months out and many new clients are telling us their agencies hadn't really briefed them or even discussed the potential issues.
So in advance of the changes coming in April 2020 that will affect all freelancers in the UK our Managing Director, Ryan Ollerenshaw held a series of events with QDOS an IR35 consultancy that Zeelee and Consortia partner with.
